In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise. Understanding these definitions will help you interpret the rest of this document accurately.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the caslno platform in any way — whether by browsing, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a promotional offer — you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the caslno platform.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and caslno with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings — whether written or oral — relating to the same subject matter.

caslno reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion, without prior notice. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to remain informed of any changes.

These Terms & Conditions apply in conjunction with caslno's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of a conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any other document, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless otherwise expressly stated.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to the caslno platform and the ability to register, deposit, wager, and withdraw is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for the duration of your use of the platform:

Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of caslno services including real-money wagering, deposits, withdrawals, and promotional offers, you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, valid email address, and mobile number registered to a Bangladesh network.

One Account Per Person: Each player may hold only one active caslno account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or using different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions. All accounts created by the same individual beyond the first will be treated as duplicate accounts and closed, with any associated balances subject to review and potential forfeiture.

You must not share your login details with any other person. Accurate Information: Any false, inaccurate, or misleading information provided during registration or at any subsequent point may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account. caslno reserves the right to request documentary proof of any information provided at registration, including proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

Account Inactivity: Accounts that have been inactive — meaning no login, deposit, or wager has occurred — for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to an inactivity administration fee as set out in the current fee schedule. Players will be notified before any fee is applied and will have the opportunity to reactivate their account or request a withdrawal of any remaining balance.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on caslno — deposits and withdrawals — are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). caslno supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh:

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. caslno targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within 24 hours for mobile financial service methods. Withdrawal requests to cards or bank accounts may take 1–5 business days depending on the receiving institution. caslno reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for high-value requests or where account activity triggers a security review.

Payment Method Consistency: For anti-money-laundering compliance, withdrawals will generally be directed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. Bonuses & Promotions

Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds credited to a player's account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from those bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated clearly at the point the bonus is offered. Players are strongly advised to review these requirements before opting into any promotion.

Maximum Bonus Win Caps: Some promotions impose a maximum winnings cap on the amount that can be withdrawn from bonus-derived winnings. Where such a cap applies, it is stated explicitly in the promotion terms. Any amount exceeding the cap will be removed from the player's balance at the point of withdrawal processing.

Gameplay & Betting Rules

Minimum and Maximum Bets: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all casino games and sports betting markets. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the caslno platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed and their balance forfeited, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment instruments to fund a caslno account.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with your bank or payment provider in respect of a deposit that was used for genuine gambling activity on caslno.
• Money laundering: Using caslno to conduct, facilitate, or disguise the proceeds of any unlawful activity. All suspicious transactions are reported to applicable authorities in accordance with anti-money-laundering obligations.

• Harassment of staff: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing communication directed at caslno's support team or any other employee or contractor of the platform.

Account Suspension & Closure

Closure by the Player: You may close your caslno account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Upon receiving a closure request, caslno will process any pending withdrawals of verified real-money funds to the payment method on file before completing the account closure. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be removed from the balance at the point of closure.

Voluntary Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to restrict access to their caslno account for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or permanently. • Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a bank or payment provider.
• Court order, legal process, or instruction from a competent authority.
• Identification of the account as belonging to an underage player.

Where caslno closes an account for a reason other than proven fraud or prohibited conduct, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method. Balances that caslno is legally prevented from returning, or that are subject to ongoing dispute or investigation, will be held in a segregated account pending resolution.

Intellectual Property

The caslno brand name, logo, website design, content, software, text, graphics, and all other intellectual property displayed on or through the caslno platform are owned by or licensed to caslno and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the caslno platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any caslno content without express written permission.
• Use caslno's trademarks, branding, or logos in connection with any third-party product, service, or website.
• Scrape, data-mine, or systematically extract content from the caslno website using automated tools.
• Frame, mirror, or deep-link to caslno's website in a way that misrepresents your affiliation with the platform or that causes user confusion.

Game content displayed on the caslno platform — including game graphics, sounds, mechanics, and branding — belongs to the respective game studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others) and is subject to their respective intellectual property rights. Any use of game content outside of normal gameplay is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, caslno's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you to your caslno account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

caslno expressly excludes all liability for:

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude caslno's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable law.

The caslno platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. caslno makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, accuracy, fitness for purpose, or uninterrupted operation of the platform or any game or service offered through it.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes and claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the caslno operating entity. By using the caslno platform, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts competent to hear such disputes.

Dispute Resolution Procedure: In the event that you have a dispute with caslno regarding your account, a transaction, a game outcome, a bonus, or any other aspect of the platform's services, you are encouraged to follow this resolution procedure in sequence:

1. Time Limitation: Any claim or dispute arising from your use of the caslno platform must be raised within six (6) months of the date on which the event giving rise to the claim occurred. Claims raised outside this limitation period may be declined without substantive review.

Language: All communications between you and caslno in connection with a dispute — including formal complaints, correspondence, and resolution notices — will be conducted in English. Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) applies to all timestamps in dispute-related records.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original.

Entire Agreement: These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy published on caslno.net, constitute the entire agreement between you and caslno relating to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings on the same subject matter.
